In 2000, I was able to visit Lhasa again for a longer period of time and also traveled in Tibet. The photographs above offer insights into the city of Lhasa and its surroundings, as well as the regions of Lokha, Kongpo, Shigatse, and the far west of Tibet, with a focus on the Tibetan people and their Buddhist culture.
